Influenced by the look of Japanese animation, a mysterious reconnaissance team is sent out by a pharmaceutical company to track and capture a vampire in the search for a new drug. After doing many tests on human subjects, Pharma Vision’s lab is raided by the police, and then taken over by CSIS (Canadian homeland defense.) One of the test subjects get taken into custody and held against her will at a facility in the Northwest Territories . The Vampire escapes, taking the victim into the cold arctic winter. Soldiers find the subject passed out in the snow, only to become victims themselves of the virus flowing through her veins.
